This LED bulb dispensing machine applies glue to the base of the LED bulb or LED Par lamp to connect the outer shell of the bulb.
This four station circular dispensing machine can be used for this application. Four workstations are distributed at a 90 degree angle on the turntable. Rotate the motor 90 degrees each time to bring the workpiece to the adhesive nozzle. The automatic rotating motor drives the workpiece to rotate at an average speed, achieving uniform adhesive coating.
1. Four workstations form a loop, with a designed capacity of 1000-1500pcs/h.
2. Equipped with a workpiece detector, it can determine whether to apply glue or jump glue.
3. The glue coating trajectory can be set as a whole circle, single point, or segmented arc, etc.
4. The working mode can be four stations or two stations.
5. The touch screen and buttons are easy to learn and operate, and different settings ensure optimal performance for different adhesives.
