Introduction

1, Each tank of solder paste placement slot has an independent LED display time controller. After setting the time the solder paste will be fixed in the tank and sink automatically,also it will release automatically when time is over.

Why does solder paste need to be reheated?
When the solder paste is first taken out of the refrigerator, its temperature is much lower than room temperature, and the natural warming time is very long. Opening the bottle cap without reheating can easily condense water vapor in the air and adhere to the solder paste. After printing with unheated solder paste, when passing through the reflow furnace, the water quickly vaporizes due to heat, leading to "tin explosion", which can cause tin beads and even damage components. Therefore, in order to match welding processes such as printing performance, anti collapse performance, and demolding performance, the solder paste needs to be reheated before use.
