The machine features a user-friendly WindowsXP-based interface with automatic cutting path correction and a high-resolution CCD for programming, supporting both block and single-step editing. The dual-platform PCB loading/unloading mechanism minimizes downtime, ensuring maximum production efficiency.

- Featuring a high-pixel CCD magnifying lens, the device offers auxiliary programming and editing capabilities, enhancing accuracy, precision, and image clarity.
- The automatic MARK point positioning and correction system provides real-time visualization of the moving path and simulated router tracking, ensuring clarity at a glance. The system's automatic alignment correction function boosts cutting accuracy, allowing machine vision to automatically adjust if the PCB deviates within 3mm, reducing board placement accuracy requirements and increasing efficiency.
- The device supports copying functions for left and right worktables, block copying, display, multi-angle connection board copying, single-step tracking modification, and block editing modification, simplifying program production and enhancing editing efficiency.
- Equipped with a high-power imported fan and a 10V high-voltage static elimination device, the vacuum cleaner offers effective vacuuming with reduced noise levels.
- The tool life monitoring system automatically switches to a new blade after a certain cutting distance, with customizable up and down settings based on blade length, extending cutter life.
- The transparent safety door design allows clear visibility of the process. The door can be opened for emergency stops or 50% deceleration, enabling programmers to monitor the machining process without stopping the program.
- The PCB substrate undergoes two-stage continuous sliding processing, minimizing waiting time and maximizing production efficiency.
